What’s included in each package?
Every package includes our full-service event planning and execution: city and venue recommendations, venue sourcing and outreach, custom landing page, invitation copywriting, RSVP tracking, on-site event manager, attendee lookbook, and CRM pipeline tracking.
Do your flat rates include food and beverage costs?
No — our flat rates cover all planning, coordination, and on-site management. Food and beverage costs are billed separately and passed through dollar-for-dollar with no markup.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 6 - 8 weeks before your event date to secure the best venues and give your audience enough lead time. For larger events or multi-city series, more lead time is ideal.
Can you help if I’m not sure which city to host in?
Yes! We use audience data to recommend cities where your prospects or customers are most concentrated, ensuring your event is in the best location for attendance and impact.
Do you work on events outside the U.S.?
Yes — while most of our events are in the U.S., we have held events in places like Berlin, Germany and can support international events. Reach out to discuss your location and goals.
What happens after my event?
We use propriety technology to monitor your CRM to see which attendees (or their companies) enter pipeline or become customers, so you can measure true ROI.
